SAN FRANCISCO, September 21, 2004 – Delivery Agent, Inc., the leader in shopping enabled programming and measurement for television shows, movies, sports, and music videos, today announced an agreement with Lions Gate Entertainment (NYSE and TSX: LGF) the premium independent filmed entertainment studio, to enable their content for multi-channel shopping.

Delivery Agent will immediately begin enabling commerce for titles in the Lions Gate film and television library including such recent and upcoming feature film releases as “Open Water,” “Saw,” and “Final Cut.”
