Cusick Brings Interactive Commerce Expertise to Delivery Agent
SAN FRANCISCO, February 4, 2009 – Mike Fitzsimmons, Delivery Agent, Inc. CEO, today announced that Rick Cusick has joined the company as executive vice president, merchandising. Cusick, a recognized innovator in the retail sector, will drive the execution and overall merchandising strategy for Delivery Agent’s rapidly growing business monetizing entertainment content by making it shoppable.
Cusick was most recently executive vice president at ZoomSystems where he was responsible for all corporate strategy, including brand partnerships, merchandising, marketing and user-experience. Prior to that, he was senior vice president at LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, a leading luxury brand retailer where he served first as senior vice president at the DFS Group with worldwide responsibility for the fashion and luxury brands, and later as senior vice president of merchandising, planning and distribution at Starboard Cruise Services, the world’s largest cruise line retail operation.
“Rick’s experience in the interactive commerce and specialty retail industry makes him especially qualified to lead Delivery Agent’s next phase of growth,” said Fitzsimmons. “He has a consistent track record of driving growth in complex merchandising organizations across virtually every channel imaginable. He is a great addition to our senior management team.”
Cusick also held a number of senior positions with May Department Stores, Broadway Stores and Bon Ton Stores with responsibilities ranging from women’s ready-to-wear, men’s sportswear, children’s clothing, and jewelry, watches, accessories and leather goods.

A native of Boston, Cusick earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
