ITV Taps Delivery Agent to Power New Online Sports Store ‘ITV Club Shop’

LONDON – June 22, 2010 – Britain’s ITV is breaking new ground with its planned coverage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ which includes the launch of a dedicated online sports store. Former CFO of Glam Media and Shutterfly Brings More Than 30 Years of E-Commerce and Advertising Experience to Delivery Agent

SAN FRANCISCO – June 7, 2010 – Delivery Agent, Inc., the leader in shopping enabled entertainment, today announced that Stephen Recht has been appointed chief financial officer.  Recht most recently served as CFO of Glam Media where he helped the company solidify its position as the Internet’s top digital media vertical network. At Delivery Agent, which powers commerce for major media companies including ABC, CBS, NBC Universal, Twentieth Century Fox, A&E Television Networks and Discovery Communications, Recht will be responsible for driving and managing the company’s global corporate financial strategy.

Recht brings to Delivery Agent more than 30 years of experience in operations and finance, having served as CFO for three different public companies and several private companies.  He has completed two IPOs, one public secondary offering and numerous venture financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to his position at GlamMedia, Recht was CFO at Shutterfly where he helped deliver a compounded annual growth rate of more than 50% from 2003-2007.  He prepared the company and took it through a successful IPO in 2006.  His other experience includes stints at SkyStream Networks, Brience, Allegis and NetGravity/DoubleClick.
