Mike Fitzsimmons, Chief Executive Officer

As Delivery Agent, Inc.’s founder and CEO, Mike Fitzsimmons has developed and commercialized the only multi-media platform that connects viewers with products seen on and related to their favorite television shows, movies, sports, and music videos. Under his leadership, Delivery Agent has become the leader in shopping-enabled entertainment.

Prior to founding Delivery Agent, Mr. Fitzsimmons led Product Marketing and Business Development for Something Now, Inc., which was acquired by CNET Networks in 2001. At Something Now, Mr. Fitzsimmons developed the industry’s first synchronized e-commerce application that enabled real-time promotion of related consumer electronics products and services online.

Before his work at Something Now, Mr. Fitzsimmons was a member of Circuit City Stores, Inc. Corporate Development and Direct Response Divisions, where his group brought in annual revenue in excess of $550 million. Additionally, he managed the company’s start-up initiatives for their catalog, direct-mail and outbound call centers. Other Circuit City businesses from which Mr. Fitzsimmons has added to his product marketing and management expertise include: Circuitcity.com, CarMax, Circuit City Direct and DIVX.

As a recognized expert on e-commerce and convergence, Mr. Fitzsimmons has been featured in Forbes, Reuters, Hollywood Reporter, Wall Street Journal, CNN/Money, Los Angeles Business Journal, BBC, E-Commerce Times and Variety and spoken at premiere industry events including The Media and Entertainment Forum, The Aspen Institute, Ad Tech and OnHollywood. Under Mr. Fitzsimmons’ leadership, Delivery Agent was named the No. 1 Privately Held Media Company of 2008 by Inc. magazine, ranked third on Deloitte & Touche’s Technology Fast 50 for Silicon Valley, named a Hot 100 company by Entrepreneur magazine, and ranked an OnHollywood Top 100 Private Company by AlwaysOn. He currently serves on advisory boards for Jumpstart (www.jstart.org) and Loudmouth Golf.

A native of Virginia, Mr. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Hampden Sydney College with a degree in Economics.

Kim Marder, Chief Media Officer

Kim Marder, a founding member of Delivery Agent, has played an instrumental role in the strategic development of the company since its inception.

Former Vice President of Marketing at America Online, Ms. Marder brings over seventeen years of marketing and entertainment experience to Delivery Agent. At AOL, Ms. Marder supervised a team of over one hundred marketing and production people that, under her leadership, were responsible for developing and executing the marketing and branding strategy for AOL’s e-commerce gaming brand.

Prior to joining AOL, Ms. Marder served as Vice President of Marketing for Theatrix Interactive, a San Francisco based developer and publisher of award-winning children’s interactive products. Ms. Marder was instrumental in creating and executing the marketing and brand strategy that lead to high-visibility deals with Procter & Gamble, EMI Music, United Artists Theatres and others.

Ms. Marder also held various executive positions in marketing with Tribune’s new media division, where she oversaw the marketing strategy for the release of over one hundred interactive products. Under Ms. Marder’s direction, press from leading consumer and business publications as well as deals with top retailers, ad agencies and consumer products companies propelled the company’s growth.

Prior to joining Tribune, Ms. Marder spent seven years with Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she was responsible for developing marketing programs and promotional campaigns to support the release of Columbia Pictures and TriStar Pictures feature films and home entertainment. Ms. Marder was instrumental in pitching, closing and executing multi-million dollar national campaigns with Nestle, American Airlines, Sprint and others.

Ms. Marder is a native of New York and graduated from NYU with a BA is Journalism and Political Science.

Myles Felsing, Chief Marketing Officer

Myles Felsing joined Delivery Agent in August of 2007, and leads the company’s team of interactive design, analytics, and marketing professionals. During his tenure, he has focused on building the company’s consumer marketing business and leading the strategic implementation of its multi-channel marketing strategy. He has more than a decade of leadership experience in marketing and has created digital and multi-channel marketing programs for many leading brands in the online space.

Prior to joining Delivery Agent, Mr. Felsing oversaw the online advertising and mobile marketing channels at Wells Fargo & Company. As Senior Vice President, Online Sales & Marketing, he led the planning and execution of Wells Fargo’s online brand advertising and developed the mobile marketing plan for the launch of the company’s mobile banking browser.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Felsing developed and led the marketing strategy at RedEnvelope, Inc., a multi-channel eCommerce business. During his six years at RedEnvelope, Mr. Felsing was instrumental in transforming the company from an early stage start-up to a publicly traded company with annual revenues of $120 million and a housefile of 3.4 million consumers.

Mr. Felsing has presented and served as a panelist at industry conferences including Ad:Tech, Etail, the Montgomery Technology Conference, and Shop.org on topics covering best practices in affiliate marketing, perspectives on eCommerce revenue growth, and online brand protection strategies.

Mr. Felsing currently serves on the advisory board for Sproost (www.sproost.com).

A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Felsing holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. from Middlebury College.

David Rudnick, Chief Technology Officer

David Rudnick spent the last 16 years trying to make watching television more interesting. From pioneering time shifted television (years before TiVo and VOD) to the early designs of Electronic Program Guides and the latest developments in Advanced Television applications, Rudnick has honed his skills on delivering and interpreting a better viewer experience.

Mr. Rudnick founded The Band in 2006, with the idea of making Advanced Television applications a better experience for advertisers, content developers and service providers. In 2010 Rudnick, and founding partner Pat Ivers sold The Band to Delivery Agent.

Prior, Mr. Rudnick has worked at senior levels in the development and implementation of advanced television with companies such as TMG, Discovery Networks, TV Guide, TCI and Liberty Media Companies. Rudnick also holds several patents in advanced television navigation and guidance.

Pat Ivers, Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales

Pat Ivers knocked out the better part of the last two decades trying to make advertising a better experience for advertisers. Ivers began his career in the Agency business where he worked with clients in Banking, Grocery, Fast Food and Tourism. In 1996, Ivers broadened perspective by joining the cable movement where he would spend the next decade running advertising Sales organizations in both cable and satellite. Ivers’ agency/media sales experience gavehim conviction to drive the evolution of both the present agency and media sales models.

Mr. Ivers founded The Band in 2006 , with the idea of making Advanced Television applications a better experience for advertisers, content developers and service providers. In 2010 Ivers, and founding partner David Rudnick sold The Band to Delivery Agent.

Prior to putting The Band together, Ivers was recently President of Turner Advertising Group and Vice President; General Manager of the Colorado Region for Comcast Spotlight. In addition, Ivers’ agency work encompassed senior level account management for local, regional and national accounts, while his media sales experience canvassed oversight of cable and satellite operations for TCI, AT&T Broadband, Comcast Spotlight and EchoStar (via TMG).

David Ginsburg, Senior Vice, Business Management

Dave Ginsburg is SVP Business Management for Delivery Agent, leading the company’s Client Strategy, P&L, Partner Marketing, Relationship Management, Account Planning and a team of 25+ business management professionals. Mr. Ginsburg joined Delivery Agent in April 2011.

Prior to Delivery Agent, Mr. Ginsburg was Vice President of Client Services at GSI Commerce. He was a member of the company’s leadership team responsible for creating a global marketing services group focused exclusively on eCommerce and Multichannel growth. The group became the fastest growing revenue stream within GSI skyrocketing from $7 million and 60 employees to over $85 million and 300+ employees within three years. Mr. Ginsburg’s team created and executed eCommerce strategy, digital marketing, user experience and brand services for dozens of clients including GNC, Major League Baseball, Rockport, NFL, Mattel, Peak Performance, Ace Hardware and The Sports Authority.

Prior to GSI Commerce, Mr. Ginsburg was Vice President Client Services within Thomson Reuters. He managed a $90 Million P&L within the eLearning/assessment group, led a team of twelve professionals, negotiated several of the organizations largest contracts, and launched the digitalization of the CPA Exam in partnership with the AICPA and NASBA at hundreds of locations within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Additional experience includes nearly ten years at three of the world’s most well respected consultancies – Accenture, Scient and SapientNitro. Within these organizations Mr. Ginsburg managed and executed a variety of mission-critical digital, strategy, brand and marketing projects within the retail, media & entertainment and financial service space in the US, Europe and Asia.

A native of New York, Mr. Ginsburg holds a BA from Vassar College.

Jody Stark, Senior Vice, Business Development

Jody Stark is SVP Business Management for Delivery Agent, leading the company’s Business Development efforts and Digital Strategy across almost 50 content and technology partners. He is also leading Delivery Agent’s rapidly expanding DTO and EST business and implementation. Mr. Stark joined Delivery Agent in September of 2011 from Verizon where he was the Media and Entertainment Partner for Verizon Digital Media.

Throughout his career, Jody has overseen the development and execution of over a half billion dollars in media and technology deals. He accomplished this by demonstrated strong leadership, a persistence of vision and a commitment to success to himself and his colleagues. Jody has proven his ability to develop those around him. He welcomes complex challenges and has a wide range of experiences and resources he leverages.

Mr. Stark has been a founding member of several startups including Viziworx, Transpera, Mixed Signals, Telepop, YooMedia and iSports. Conversely he has sat across the table as an executive with such corporate giants as Sony, Verizon, Liberty Digital, Turner Networks and DirecTV.

A proud native of Kansas, Jody did his MBA work at Wichita State University and completed his undergraduate studies from The University of Kansas.

Brian Joe, Vice President, Engineering

Brian Joe oversees Delivery Agent’s engineering and technology endeavors. He brings over twelve years of experience in building robust ecommerce systems, enterprise web applications, data integration frameworks, and multi-tiered server architectures in both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer service models. Since March 2003, he has molded the Delivery Agent Commerce Platform into the leading turnkey multi-channel commerce solution powering interactive shopping experiences and contextual advertising for entertainment companies, accessible via the web as well as emerging media channels, including mobile, cable/satellite set-top box, Blu-ray player, and IVR. He also developed patent-pending technology for cataloging products appearing on Hollywood sets for subsequent advertising and merchandising to media consumers, allowing television viewers to literally shop the show while watching their favorite sitcom or drama.

Prior to joining Delivery Agent, Mr. Joe led technical operations and systems integration efforts for Escalate Retail and WeddingChannel.com, where he managed large-scale integrations and site builds for Federated Department Stores, Restoration Hardware, Williams-Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, Gump’s, Tiffany, REI, World Wrestling Entertainment, Newline Cinema, Warner Bros., and eLuxury.com among others.

A native of Memphis, TN, Mr. Joe graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics from Duke University.

Jeff Combs, Vice President, Business Development

Jeff Combs leads the development of partnerships within the entertainment, sports and consumer brands industry, drawing on Delivery Agent’s specialized services to better monetize interactive content. A 10 year veteran of the technology and commerce services industry, Jeff’s ability to navigate complex business relationships with leading entertainment companies has resulted in the addition of highly regarded partners to the Delivery Agent client roster.

Prior to joining Delivery Agent, Mr. Combs led new business development efforts within the e-commerce services industry, working with the major consumer goods brands such as SHARP, Yamaha and Toshiba.

Mr. Combs is a native of Minneapolis, MN, and a graduate from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN, with a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Thomas N. Goldman, Director, Special Projects

Thomas Goldman joined Delivery Agent in February 2003. Over the last 25 years, he has held senior finance and accounting positions in the Bay Area, mainly in the specialty retail field. During his five years in public accounting, Mr. Goldman’s clients included retailers Gap, Inc. and Topps & Trowsers. After leaving public accounting, Mr. Goldman became the Vice President—Controller for one of his clients, Modulaire Industries, a San Francisco leasing company. While at Modulaire, Mr. Goldman was instrumental in the Company’s Initial Public Offering. After Modulaire was sold to Waste Management, Inc., Mr. Goldman became the Vice President—Controller at The San Francisco Music Box Company. After four years, Mr. Goldman led SFMB’s IPO. (The Company was bought by Woolworth Corporation on the eve of the public offering’s effective date.)

Mr. Goldman’s other retail financial management positions have included Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Peaceable Kingdom Press, and RedEnvelope, Inc. In addition to serving in the above capacities, Mr. Goldman has consulted with both retail and non-retail start-ups and early-stage development companies.

Mr. Goldman, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, holds an A.B. from Princeton University, an MBA from Washington University, and a CPA certificate from the State of California.

Mark Smith, General Counsel

Prior to joining Delivery Agent, Mr. Smith was the General Counsel for Structure Consulting Group, LLC, a company that provides both software and consulting services to energy trading companies. While at Structure, Mr. Smith managed the company’s legal affairs for its US and UK operations.

Prior to his work at Structure, Mr. Smith was corporate counsel for Sapient Corporation where he was responsible for the legal affairs of business units in the US and UK. Before joining Sapient, Mr. Smith was counsel for Human Code, Inc., a privately-held developer of rich media and broadband applications for entertainment and e-learning companies, where he was responsible for and managed the legal affairs of the company, including seeing the company through its acquisition by Sapient Corporation.

Mr. Smith also served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Royal Furgeson, United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas.

A native of El Paso, Texas, Mr. Smith is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems, and has a J.D. from The Ohio State University.
